About ZACHARIAS Modell + Formenbau

ZACHARIAS Modell + Formenbau GmbH from Erpolzheim planned, developed and manufactured tools and moulded parts for expandable particle foams (EPS, EPP, EPE). The range of services included mould making, CNC prototype and series production, deep-drawing tools, pad-printing moulds for the printing industry, foundry pattern making as well as master model making and demonstration and functional models. The development of insulation, transport packaging as well as thermal insulation and impact protection complemented the offering. Production was carried out on CNC machining centres (working area 1,600 x 1,000 x 760 mm) as well as conventional lathes, drilling machines and milling machines; CAD/CAM systems from Mastercam and OneCNC were used for programming. After almost 35 years, the company was dissolved at the end of 2024 following a customer and market analysis; the deletion took place on 08.01.2025. CAD data created can be purchased in 2025 for payment via the partners.
