About zedax SA

zedax SA was founded in 2005 by Lucien Hirschi in La Neuveville and specialises in 3D printing and rapid prototyping. The company produces prototypes, tools, models and small series using PolyJet, FDM, MJF (Multi Jet Fusion from HP) and SLS processes. PolyJet parts with a build size of up to 500 × 400 × 200 mm achieve layer thicknesses from 16 microns and geometric tolerances of ±0.1 mm. In addition, zedax offers 3D CAD modelling (including SolidWorks), painting in all RAL colours, polishing of transparent parts, thermoforming (max. 430 × 280 mm, depth 160 mm), vacuum casting with silicone moulds for small series, metallisation (copper, nickel, gold, silver, chrome) as well as architectural models. Customers include watch brands and companies from microtechnology, industrial design, architecture, medical technology and packaging. Conventional production orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.
