ZERN.at Industries Holding GmbH, based in Bischofshofen in Salzburg, is the parent company of a multi-part corporate group consisting of ZERN.at CNC TECHNIK GmbH, ZERN.at MECHATRONIK GmbH, ZERN.at BUSINESSPARK GmbH and iBEX PRECISION HUNTING GmbH. The group operates as a contract manufacturer and engineering partner: it produces highly complex 5-axis milled parts up to 2000 kg per piece as well as turned parts up to 1000 mm diameter, from prototypes and the smallest batch sizes through to large series and automotive call-off orders. In addition to CNC machines, the site also houses additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping, design and development, and assembly of customer-specific products, enabling short response times. One division (Advanced Technologies) also processes special materials for customised requirements. Through its divisions, the group additionally covers trading, in-house products such as the lead-free iBEX precision hunting ammunition, electric drives for trialsport, and commercial real estate in its own business park covering over 13,000 m².
