About us
ZESPA Zerspanungs GmbH Dessau is a contract manufacturer of machined and steel construction parts produced as one-offs and in small series. The company machines workpieces based on production drawings and handles the complete process through to delivery. Its service portfolio includes CNC turning, milling on machining centers, grinding, drilling on drilling machines, keyway broaching, and fully automatic sawing; in addition to large assemblies, the GmbH also manufactures small parts such as gears and worm screws. The customer focus is on drive technology, which is why keyway broaching is employed as a key process. At the Dessau-Roßlau site, a modern machine park with CNC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines, drilling machines and broaching machines as well as precise measuring instruments is available. Production is supported by experienced skilled workers; quality and on-time delivery are ensured through a lean, customer-oriented operational organization.
