About us
Since 2014, Zippermast GmbH has been developing, manufacturing and distributing mobile telescopic mast systems based on the patented ZIPPERMAST technology in Bad Reichenhall. The company sees itself as a system integrator: the ZIPPERMAST serves as a carrier for sensors and effectors, as a subsystem and communication hub for mobile operations in difficult terrain and under adverse conditions – autonomously or in conjunction with vehicles and other platforms. Via generic interfaces, the system enables rapid payload and configuration changes and supports digitalisation and automation. In addition to system integration and project coordination, robust camera housings for observation and dual-use solutions, for example for monitoring critical energy infrastructure, are offered. Target markets are defence, security and government authorities; in the context of the Bundeswehr's Land experimental series, a Zippermast was shown mounted on a vehicle. Since 2026, the quality management system has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
